This is a space created with deep intention where science meets compassion, and evidence-based practices meet the wisdom of the body. With over two decades of experience in medicine, psychology, expressive arts and mental health practices training, our work integrates nervous system regulation, somatic healing, expressive practices, and emotional resilience.
At the heart of this work lies the Forrest Healing Method™ a gentle, grounded approach to wholeness that guides you out of survival mode and into a life of safety, presence, and inner steadiness. Who is this coaching for?
This work is for individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, or unresolved childhood patterns , Trauma , stress and who are ready to understand themselves and feel more grounded, calm, and in control.
Each session is a safe, guided a confidential and collaborative space where we explore your patterns, regulate your nervous system, and use simple somatic and cognitive tools to support real, lasting change.
Sessions follow a clear structure:
● Initial Discovery Call: Understanding your history, concerns, and coaching goals. This is a free 30 mins session.
● Informed Consent: You’ll receive clarity on confidentiality, process, and coaches role. Document to be signed online
● Ongoing Sessions: 1 hour, once a week (customized to your pace). 1:1 online session or part of the Coaching Bundle.
● Follow-up & Review: Periodic reviews to track your growth and adjust your plan
Yes. All sessions are 100% confidential and conducted in line with professional ethics and telehealth guidelines. No personal details or session content is shared without your written consent except in cases of risk to life or legal obligations, which will be discussed transparently.
How is this different from therapy?
This approach integrates evidence-based understanding with nervous system regulation and body-based practices. It is more experiential, focusing on helping you feel and embody change not just talk about it.
How do I book and pay for sessions?
All services are booked through the TealFeed Booking Page, where you can directly select your slot and make payment via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and other online modes. After booking, you'll receive WhatsApp and email confirmations + reminders automatically.
Sessions can be rescheduled only with prior notice and therapist approval. Refunds are considered only under exceptional circumstances and at the therapist’s discretion. Please respect the time commitment and plan your appointments accordingly.
